Very disappointed. Poor communication.
Posted a craigslist ad for small rock removal $75. The company reached out to me and set up a time to come pick them up. The day to do the work comes and they call me at 7 am after specifically scheduling it for 9-10. Regardless, i missed the call. About 5 minutes later i get a text message stating it will be $650 to do the job. Mind you they contacted me for the work. Beware of this crooked price gouging company. Called and items were picked up same day. There was notification of pickup before it was done. Afterwards a photo was taken to show that the job was done. along with a text message Everything was left neat..
The owner and his crew member came out and was done under an hour removing alot from my basement. I was so surprised how much they cleared what I asked to be removed and they were very nice. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Did a VERY thorough job no complaints there...scheduling was a little annoying and we renegotiated prices but I was satisfied with the junk removal.
