Very courteous and professional.
What a nightmare...purchased a fridge from Lowe's and it stopped working after 5 months. Was referred to B&M since the fridge was still under manufacturer's warranty. Tech came out 3/11 and fridge was deemed unrepairable and was advised I would receive a call from Frigidaire 2-3 business days. I called B&M the following Monday 3/17 because I hadn't heard anything and was supposed to receive a call back. Guys did a great job. Very courteous, I give a 4 star because it took 4 reschedules for the appointment to get them here.
Gary and Danny of B & M made an in-home warranty repair on my LG 55” TV. They were courteous, personable, and professional. They handled the TV with care and it works like new again! I’ll remember B & M for my future electronics repair needs.
