Tech was polite and informative. Our problem appears to be fixed.
Derek was great, a super nice kid! And he fixed as many problems as he could! The dryer is whistling now thays it's back together but he did say it shouldn't be a problem, and if there are any to contact the shop and they'd Come back to fix it. The only thing I didnt like was the scheduling process. The warranty company sent a link for me to setup an appt through the link. Then the shop changed the appt without consulting me, just sent me a text with no explanation as why or anything with a new appt time which caused me to h... read more
You could get with ge and finish the job. For one thing.
I appreciate Jimmy and B&M electronics. Jimmy was informative, polite, proficient and he completed the job in a timely manner! So grateful that my dryer was fixed!
