Terrible communication and unprofessional. We got a fridge from lowes and we started having some problem with it so since we had a warranty we set up an appointment through b&m electronics as that is who the warranty is through but after a million text messages/phone calls about the brand,color,problem the guy came out he told us the problems but them told us everything has to come out to fix it..we say oh ok but then he says I can't stand around in a (rude voice) and wait for you to do that you'll have to make a new appoint... read more
Still waiting for the machine to be repaired fully. They ordered more parts and will be back.
We hire B&M to repair our fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Scheduling was easy; issues were diagnosed and repaired quickly, and pricing was fair. I will use them again in the future.
They don’t follow through Say they totally understand but fo nothing Beyond angry and frustrated
B&M Electronics were very professional came & diagnosed my washer & Fixed it the same day. . So glad now I’m back washing again .
