Was very friendly and professional..got in and out with everything needed to replace stove
The tech that showed up was wonderful and professional. The service the company itself provided was not. I paid the service charge and the parts and labor to have the issue fixed, only to find that wasn’t the problem. The only resolution from the company was to pay another $400+ to “repair” what they thought the issue was. I had little faith in trusting they actually knew what the issue was since it wasn’t resolved the first time around. $200 later and I still do not have a working dryer. Would NOT recommend this company!
Showed up on time and fixed us up.
