Got information off an old laptop for me and fixed my current one. Fixed it in reasonable time for a reasonable price. The flash drive they gave me with the old information is not loading on my current one, but I'm guessing that's user error on my part.
DO NOT go to this place for computer repairs. Went back to him 3 different times with same issue and he couldn’t figure it out. Charged me 90 bucks to clean it and tell me nothing was wrong and didn’t even clean my pc. had to take it somewhere else where they figured out issue in less than 10 min. When he found out i had someone else look at it and they figured out the issue he started to get really rude and angry
My PC started to want to freeze on me all the sudden. I looked online to see where the closest PC shop was to fix my PC and found this place with little reviews but all good reviews. Bob was cool, he fixed my PC within a day and reasonable price. Plus, he gave me a Christmas discount too! I recommend this place. They fix iPhone, iPad etc. and printers too. So if your computer freezes or need your iPhone fix, go see Bob.
Owner is extremely nice. Simply called for some anti static bags and he didn’t even want payment when I offered. This is the type of guy I’d want working on my computer.
Bob was extremely helpful and informative when working with me and helping me with my laptop issues. Highly recommend.
