So disappointed. Took a maternity romper in to get a hem done. They claimed they could do it but absolutely ruined it. Hemmed way too short, triple layered the stitch, stitching is awfully crooked. They later claimed the machine couldn’t sew the material, why did they agree to do it in the first place. He did not show any empathy for the work, nor acknowledge the unsatisfactory craftsmanship.
