Fred did not keep his promise. Do not sign insurance documents until they complete the work. They may say part is coming. It never comes. He also talks behind his employees. Low work ethics. You are warned.
Fred and his team are great - Efficient turnaround for my BMW X5... They definitely prioritize quality over speed - even saying that I didn't have to wait long to get my car back and it came out amazing! Definitely a gem in the rough type of shop the prioritizes getting the job done right the first time around. Hope they continue to flourish business wise.
These guys are good and I highly recommend. Pricing was extremely fair and both Glen and Frank were very knowledgeable. They fixed damage on the rear hatch of my RX350 in a very timely fashion and washed the exterior and to my delight, detailed the interior of my car.
I had my badly damaged car repaired at BMC Auto Collision and couldn't be happier. Being an older model, some parts were hard to source but Fred managed to find everything at a very reasonable cost, even the ones purchased from the Acura dealer. The finished job came looking just as good as when the car was new. Body panels line up perfectly and the paint matches spot on. All in all a great job done by professionals.
