Our experience was a nightmare. Took 3.5 days for a 2hr job. Well not ready on day 1 5 hrs after drop off. Day 2 they said they broke a sensor & waiting for it to be delivered. So we call that afternoon & was told it would be done that day. Nope! Day 3 still getting the run around saying it will be ready in 1 hr, 3.5 hrs later when we decided to pop in it wouldn't start. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Your experience may vary, but this is what we had to deal with. Initial parts order took a week and a half longer to arrive then the owner Danny Hill told us . When they did arrive, it was the wrong parts which wasn't discovered until the scheduled day of completion, and took another several days to get in. Initial estimate for labor nearly doubled due to "man hours and parts that they didn't plan on". Car has been out of comission for several weeks, thankfully it's not our main vehicle.
