I had a great experience and they were very helpful the whole way through! They did a great job on fixing my damage and I would definitely recommend!
Super friendly customer service from everyone working behind the counter. They went above and beyond my needs for a paint repair and got my car back to me VERY fast. Rob M. specifically made my process super convenient and went above all my expectations for my repair. I would recommend this shop for any of their services as not only are they quick, friendly, and effective. We went to 3 auto body shops in the area before we decided on CSN and it was the best experience we have had with automotive repairs. They have amazing customer service and beat my expectations. They returned my leased Tesla model 3 and help me cancel my icbc insurance when I am out of Vancouver. They did a perfect repair job for my damaged car and Tesla did not charge any thing when I returned the repaired car to tesla. The is one of the best customer service experiences I have ever have in my life.
