I went to the shop to get an estimate for my ICBC hit-and-run claim. The person at the front desk told me the paperwork would be sent the next day. After three weeks, I called ICBC to check on the approval, and they told me they hadn’t received the estimate. Can’t speak highly of the team, especially Rob and James. They were incredibly patient with questions, friendly, and kept me in the loop throughout. The quality of work was amazing as well. They have an online tracker as well which gives you updates on where in the process they are with the repair, very cool! Also, as there’s an Enterprise rental nearby, they are able to have an Enterprise rep come to pick up and drop you off to and from CSN. Much better experience than with another shop where I had to get there myself.

Three weeks after I bought my car someone whacked the passenger side door. I took it to CSN Bm collision and they made a stressful situation bearable. They’re honest and didn’t try to upsell me and they proactively communicated when ICBC delayed processing my claim. I’m glad I found them. Hopefully I won’t need repair work again but if I do, there’s only one place I’m going.
