Someone hit my boyfriend’s car while it was parked. Scratched up the paint and cracked his rear spoiler. Insurance happily covered the paint problem but said spoiler was unrelated even though we had clear video evidence showing the car hit the spoiler. The lovely people at CSN BM were very passionately on our side and made it clear to ICBC that they thought the spoiler was related and should be covered. Very sweet people.

Working with CSN BM Collision was great! They were very communicative, responsive, and even did some of the labor at no charge to us. They also worked to make sure we'd have the information we needed to file a claim with our US insurance company. The final product is also functional and flawless-looking. Would definitely recommend them!
