As the mother of the bride, I couldn’t have imagined a better experience. Elizabeth and Hanna were amazing. Made our entire group feel comfortable in a warm and inviting setting. So much different than the stark, sterile environment of other shops. Can’t thank you enough. And yes, she said yes to the dress!!

Hands-down, the best bridal appointment I had in the Columbus area. The experience felt personal and thoughtful, the boutique itself was beautiful, and the dress selection was great. They had a good mix of designers including some designers that I didn’t see at any other local bridal boutiques. Shopping there didn’t feel fussy or like I was being forced to fake my enthusiasm—I felt relaxed and not pressured to make a decision in the moment. I would highly recommend!
My experience at B. Loved Bridal with Hanna was absolutely lovely! Her shop is gorgeous and her customer service is outstanding. She is highly attentive, intuitive, helpful, and cheerful. My future daughter-in-law had her wedding gown altered by Hanna and I brought in my mother-of-the-groom dress, too! Hanna's work was beautiful and highly detailed, exceeding my expectations. I was so happy to learn that she would gladly do alterations on other clothing besides dresses/gowns. I'll be back!
Such a great experience! Bought my wedding dress yesterday from here. They were very accommodating and had a good variety of dresses to choose from. Love the intimate setting and the privacy of the one-on-one fittings. Couldn’t have been happier with my experience and even more excited to see my dream dress in a few months!
