I can't say enough good things about my experience here. For the first appointment, the woman helping was extremely kind, laid back and made me feel both comfortable and beautiful. For the second appointment, the owner Hanna happened to be working and my mom and I were floored by the amount of attention and detail she put into the appointment. B. Loved was my first stop to try on wedding gowns in December 2024. I knew I wanted to buy something off the rack, and they had a gorgeous selection. We worked with the owner, Hanna, and she was amazing! So helpful and patientand kind and down to earth. I came in with only bits and pieces of a vision, and she pulled perfect options for me. I loved my experience at B. Loved! Hanna is so caring and personable. She helped make sure I loved my dress and helped me navigate my indecisiveness. I finally found the one thanks to her help! She also helped me bring my family in for a separate appointment to say yes with everyone there :) I appreciate all you did Hanna!
Hanna was amazing to work with! I had my grandma's wedding dress that I wanted re-done for my wedding. After hearing a different seamstress call it impossible, Hanna looked it over and was able to make my vision come true. She was extremely professional, kind, accommodating, and very careful with my dress. I absolutely would recommend BLoved Bridal and Hanna! My dress is perfect now, and I have Hanna to thank for that.
