Employee prompt and came with a smile on his face! He was very personable and immediately took on his tasks. He was very polite. We liked his positive attitude - even while working in the rain!!!

Our septic alarm went off late in the afternoon and B-Line was there first thing the next morning. They were able to quickly sort out the problem, replaced the faulty sensor, and got us up and pumping again. They were polite, professional, and cleaned up everything when they were done. We've used them for pump-outs in the past, too. B-Line gets an A-Plus in my book.
