The phone call with who I assume is the owner of the salon left me with a bad taste. She tried to enforce a cancellation policy that was not enacted during the entire time I have been a customer. The announcement that they will enact the cancellation policy as of recent was not told to customers via email or announcement. I am really happy about Joey as my stylist. I moved from other states to here. And I have been wanting to find a salon that knows how to cut my hair and Asian hair, soft and short. I am really happy that I found Joey. At beginning, I was a little bit worry based on the past experiences I had with other salons. Joey asked and listened what I want.
