Approximately four years ago, B&L installed a large pool in my backyard. Last month, I observed an anomaly in the readings of my pool junction box. I brought a water sample to their Uxbridge store and spoke with Nick, who explained how to reset the equipment. After resetting, I emailed Nick to provide the results. B&L did a great job installing the pool-excellent actually. Paul is the best and he owns the company. Unfortunately, his son Eli is the general manager and once the pool is installed if any issues come up you deal with Eli. His bed side manner is terrible and he is rude.
