I used BL for the first time yesterday, on the advice of a neighbor. I reached out to them over the weekend and heard right back, was able to confirm an appointment for Monday AM. The tech (John) was right on time, and was thorough, professional and friendly (a rare combination). I got some valuable insight into my system, which is older. I was very pleased with the service and value I received, and plan to use them again.
I can’t say enough good things about BL Heating and Air. Ben has taken the time to work with us to find solutions to multiple complex problems with the HVAC in our home. His team is extremely reliable, responsive and professional.
