I took an expensive Rolex watch to this store to have the crystal replaced. After three months, I returned having still not received the watch. I was told the repair man was having a difficult time locating a crystal even though this is a very common Rolex. I waited another three months, still no word. When I returned to the store, I was informed the watch had been stolen from the post office. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this jeweler! He repaired my precious bracelet with such care and craftsmanship, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. He was incredibly kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything to me. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both their work and their customers.
