After a really disappointing situation with Kay Jewelers, we randomly stopped into Brandt’s shop in late December while I was still wearing a placeholder ring and I’m so glad we did. I ordered a custom ring in July 2025, paid cash up front, and after many visit received the ring mid Jan 2026. The owner thru my husband out of his store and yelled at him for asking the status. The ring was NOT done correctly. I am getting another jeweler to fix it because I do not want another experience with the owner. Carla Shimko
