Rusty and Brian did an exceptional job illustrating the details of Backflows. This course, and B&L, will come highly recommend by me.
The team at B&L is great. We have used their services now for a few years to test our backflow valve. They proactively email us to set an appointment, reliably arrive at the house to do the testing, and then handle all paperwork with the agencies. Finally we receive a report and an invoice that is easy to pay online and file for our records. Easily one of the most competent and efficient service providers we work with. I had a wonderful experience with B & L! The instructors Rusty, Brian and Marvin are specialists at Back Flows and great teachers. Justine has been amazing! I don’t know what I would’ve done without her help! Everytime I call her she answers and handled every issue with registration, payments, and general questions. Tim and Linda are running a great program and I’m very thankful for all of you guys there at B & L!
