Got my first sew-in in years here and so glad I did. I come in every 2-3 weeks for maintenance and I always leave with the best results. The braid down is super neat and flat! Bee and Dash are always so professional and accommodating and I never have to question if I’m going to leave with beautiful hair. I brought my friend in to get her wedding sew-in and Bee killed it as usual!
B is the best and so is everyone that works there! Very efficient and sweet. I just moved and needed a sew in fast and B was able to accommodate me last minute! Happy to say I found my new NYC hair stylist 🩷
Their online store is a scam. Do not order from them. I never received any tracking information about my order and when I emailed their provided contact email, I received no response. Luckily, I paid with shop pay/affirm and the only way I got refunded was by submitting a dispute through affirm. They still never replied to my email asking for an update on my order. No experience with the in person services so I can’t comment on that, but don’t order from the online store.
I stopped by this salon today hoping to get a last-minute appointment for a sew-in. The owner was incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She took the time to answer all of my questions and was very accommodating despite how busy the salon was. You can tell they really care about their clients and take pride in their work.
