After a short phone consult the representative helped me confirm that this olllld model of washer will be more expensive to repair than replace. I so appreciate that he took the time to talk to me about it instead of charging me $100 to say the same thing on site. Definitely recommend!
I have a freezer that wasn't working as well as I thought it should. The person I spoke with (I assume Mr. Kasey) gave me some advice over the phone and said I probably didn't need a service call. Nice to know this business is that considerate, and I'll call here if I ever need help.
I called regarding my washer. The very helpful, friendly knowledgeable repair man told me over the phone what to do and he was spot on !!! No charge !!! I know who i call , if i need a repair man again !
Bob looked at my old dryer and although he could repair it and have more business, recommended that I buy either a reconditioned or new dryer because the part that failed on my dryer was flawed and if replaced would likely break again. Great professional advice.
Highly recommend! When I called, the owner Bob Kasey actually answered the phone. He was helpful, told me how soon he could arrive and what his fee is. That date he arrived on time, quickly determined the problem and gave us tips on preventing future problems. He even gave me a senior discount without my asking, I'm 80. Kasey's Appliance Service is who I'll call the next time an appliance decides to misbehave!
