Very friendly and helpful garage, we called as an emergency, the helpful staff reassured us , kept us informed through the whole process, put themselves out in order to help us we were most impressed, and could only highly recommend this garage. My lovely doblo had a stone stuck in the caliper.
Excellent service, friendly team, and a quick fix! My S-max had a critical cooling issue one afternoon. As a non-local I thought I would be stuck, especially at that time of day! Thankfully the team at B&K were excellent - they took care of everything and were a really friendly bunch. They had me on my way same day with a quick fix that's lasted while we source the part. If I weren't 300 miles away, I'd be using them every time from now on!
Many thanks for the prompt and fantastic service by Paul and his team, particularly at short notice. We were in the area when my car developed a fault which was quickly identified and fixed. Much appreand would highly recommend.
What a great garage, had issues with a new car I had bought and B and K made arrangements to have the car for exploratory work into the problem. It was a major issue and they assisted in getting the trader to take responsibility when the Warranty would not cover the costs. Great service and highly recommended.
Fantastic service! I was in a pickle being on holiday in Wales solo and my exhaust was hanging off. I visited B&K Williams and they were amazing! It was sorted out the same day. Such a friendly, kind and helpful team there. Makes a tricky situation a lot easier. Thank you all!
