Absolutely horrible business. We needed a shower body replaced. This job has been dragged out into months due to their incompetence and lack of organization. They have horrible business ethics - it's impossible to get a reply out of anyone. Scheduling service visit is a nightmare - they keep promising but never settle on a date, everything is getting dragged out for weeks and months.
