Every contact was very friendly and informative with great communication skills. Technicians were very polite and willing to explain what was need to fix the issue and ask our preference when it came to solutions. Cleaned up after themselves and left no messes. Will definitely be recommending BK Mechanical Services to friends and family!
Fast and friendly service. Had some issues with plumbing and they helped me out.
The person answering the phone was polite and made arrangements for ASAP, which was early the next morning and when the repair man was going to be a little later she called and explained. He came did excellent work and gave me an estimate for my other issues. I will be doing the repairs in the very near future. I will continue to use and share with friends and family Got my repairs done! We found an additional problem and Ryan and his crew did the repairs that we were unaware of with no additional charges. Great office staff, really friendly and accommodating. Service was awesome! Cleaned up after too.
These folks never disappoint. They have done a Lou of work done over the years and I highly recommend them. Good solid people.
