Had a great experience with B & K Heating this fall after moving in to our new (old) house. When Bob came to do a standard cleaning we discovered an issue with the pipe connected to the flue. He was able to come back the next day with the necessary parts to fix it and we were up and running with a fully operational furnace. Great experience overall.
Prompt service, great job.
I called and asked for service and they were pretty rude. Without going to deep into the conversation, all I can say is I won't be calling them back for service.
