BK glass blew me off over a window replacement. I had him come out give us an estimate but after that he simply never called back. I even called him two weeks later to ask how things were going and he blew me off again. They lost my business. Such a disappointing business run by an even more disappointing owner.

The man assured us our window could be repaired by the end of the work week. He never called, didn’t return our calls. A week of wasted time and our our child’s bedroom window is still broken.
