Didn't get all of the soap off of the back of the car as I went through the car wash. Didn't clean it any better than the $4.00 car wash. I lost money on the upgrade.
I purchased the $11 premium car wash package, thinking it would leave my car clean. Not only did it not do that, it looked worse than before. The vacuum hose was broken and there was trash everywhere. I mentioned my dissatisfaction with the wash to the attendant and he said: sorry, should have bought the $15 package. That's the only one that will get your car clean.
Went through the wash and the car looked horrible. Asked for assistance on another wash. Supposedly, he wasn't the manager and was the only person working. No refund, no wash, gave us the incorrect phone number to the manager. Never use this wash...
The first experience was great but after that it got worse. I've been there about 8 times, each time hoping maybe it would be the same first great experience but today was the very worst and the LAST! Not sure if he told me his correct name or not, but 'Galel" was extremely rude. I will definitely not be stopping here again.
This car wash ripped my rear bumper completely off my car as I drove through! Management is refusing to take responsibility. $900 to replace my bumper - all the wholes, gromets, screws, snaps, everything ripped out!
Washing your car is the worest choice, only good for vaccums will never wash my cars here, aj the manager was a prick and said go to another one. Car wash off matlock and debbie by AutoZone $5 & they hand dry your car.
Great car wash and clean site! Most distinguishable feature: vacuums with super suction like none in the area! If you want to spend less time vacuuming, these will work for you...just be careful, it will take EVERYTHING that comes close to it!
