I brought my vacuum in because it stopped working, and this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. They kept my vacuum for two weeks, did absolutely no work on it, and still charged me. They had no intention of fixing it in the first place. On top of that, the staff was rude, dismissive, and very disrespectful whenever I asked for updates. I ended up taking it to another business, and they were able to fix the issue with no problem. Completely disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone.
Fixed all three of my vintage sewing machines for a great price. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
It was awesome! Lots of beautiful fabrics and patterns. My daughter and I enjoyed the visit there where she picked up some needed quilting supplies. The staff were very pleasant to talk to.
Purchased a machine. Friendly staff, great service. Its been a year now and I'm happy with the ongoing relationship.
