Great service
I appreciate all the hard work Antonio and his worker did on Tuesday and the work Eliseo did on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday to get our water running. As far as communication Evelyn and April were awesome for that too. I would say the ONLY i complaint for me was my father telling me the technician Eliseo was on the phone on Wednesday trying to get more advice from a different technician with more experience and my father overheard the other technician telling Eliseo to just go home that another day without water would not ... read more
I am extremely surprised and grateful for the experience I had with B&J. Their customer service helped me immediately with an emergent issue on my electrical. I would and have recommended B&J to family and friends. In fact, they will be replacing my plumbing in the near future just because of the experience I have had with them.
They sent someone out to inspect the plumbing the same day. Justin was professional and checked out under the house and inside. He found a couple of minor problems I was unaware of and ensured that there were no issues below.
Great service and very helpful. Techs were very respectful and timely.
