Professional and kind. My technician went right to work. That made me feel confident in his work habits.
I will say that it's been a frustrating couple of weeks after spending a lot of money and then having the job rushed & not done right the first time but B&J made it right & fixed issue so they definitely do guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.
Technician did a thorough review of my two units. Clean made any adjustments required and gave me a full report of the condition of both units. Very happy with his service. Look forward to future engagements with B & J Plumbing.
