Extremely Rude Staff, Name Calling like Gross & Weirdos (I think bc I have grated soap...?) But; Apparently Being Environmentally Friendly is "Weird" and Not Cool at B&J !!!
Totally give this place 0 stars, if I could, for any services other than doing your own laundry and leaving. If you need anything cleaned and pressed, never go there!! And if you have no choice and have to, bring your own garment bag and make them put it in your own bag. I bought a brand new suit. Brought it there to get it cleaned and pressed. They did get it done before the date I asked so kudos for that. BUT- I now have spent the last 2 days airing it out and have febreezed it 12 times already. It STINKS!! The way it's go... read more
