local it is Classy lady, chef leah. Impressed that she serves and lives true to what she advertises. We found Delyte's by word of mouth, and happy we did. Delyte's catered our corporate retreat at The Castle Estate in wine country. We all hauled in from L.A., and spent 24 hours in conference and training. Chef Leah fed us 4 separate meals that were all amazing. We wanted local and organic meals, and we got it for breakfast, lunch, dinner and then breakfast again. Best food ever, best service ever! We selected delyte's to cater our wedding last month. My husband, Ron and I are still talking about the food, and the head chef, Leah. Delyte's is a little more expensive, but when you bite into her food, you don't even think about anything other then the slice of heaven on your plate. Each course was mind blowing.. truly! De-lovley! What a top notch, awesome, beautiful food experience. Coming from the Big Apple, I am a bit of a food snob.. so to come to Southern Cal for a wedding in the middle of the country side (temecula- our first visit, ever), and be treated to such sumptuous faire.. is- well- yes, a delight! I was impressed with the use of all local ingredients, and the food/wine knowledge of the servers! Thumbs up! Yum!
delicious isn't a strong enough word Delyte's food is amazing. I've never tried anything that I wasn't completely delighted by- the flavor combinations and beautiful presentation really do make for a treat. I've never liked brussel sprouts- I love Delyte's brussel sprouts! And when Delyte's brings out my "old favorites" I fall in love with them even more. If you're concerned about organic ingredients and renewable food sources- you've got one more reason to try Delyte's, you won't be disappointed.
