If I could leave a 0 star I would. Lady who answered the phone, (sounded like a Jamaican accent) couldn’t be anymore rude. Needed to speak to service department and she kept trying to get my information for a $100 reward card. I asked 2 times if she could transfer me to the service department and she replied do you have any manners. I’m sorry there was a delay in the phone and I cut you off, but she refused to transfer me to service and hung up on me. She kept saying get off my phone like 5 times…then hung up.
