The management here does not treat people with respect. It seems like the only reason they are doing this job is for the money and the amount of control they have over people. No matter how nice you are to them they will give you an attitude and lack of empathy with any encounter good or bad. They need to learn how to treat people with kindness, like seriously it doesn't cost anything to just simply be kind to people.
