These guys have always been difficult to work with but today was IT. I had already called about picking up a Bobcat, I was pulling in at 4:40 and called to give them a heads up and was told they close at 5 and couldn't do the paperwork and load it in 20 min so I wouldn't be able to pick it up... 20 minutes before you close. . . Maybe if you want to leave at 5... You have to close at 4:30... Cause of you aren't closed yet you should be doing business!
B&J is always my go to place for rental equipment. Their staff is always very helpful.
Went there as a kid to refill my Paintball gun canisters. Feels like a lifetime ago, but they were effective and well priced. Went there 20 years later to rent a pressure washer, and the lady at the counter was helpful. They helped me load it into my vehicle and worked with me when I needed to keep it for an extended time. Would go there again.
Brought in product from another location so I could look at specific model w no pressure to buy. Friendy & helpful.
