Called on a Monday with a coolant issue with my wife's car. Had fixed a couple of leaks myself before getting frustrated that I was unable to find the remaining leaks. They had me in the next morning to work me into the schedule, which I appreciated as we have a trip planed for the next week that has to be made. Called me with the diag on Wed just before lunch.
