The gentleman showed up within the given time frame and promptly diagnosed and repaired my washer, all within 30 minutes. He also assisted with an issue with the washer that wasn't initially disclosed at the time of appointment. He was very prompt and courteous and I would certainly hire BJ Appliance again for any appliance issues!
Would give 6 stars if I could. Bill came out same day & completed repairs promptly & very affordable. Would definitely recommend!!

Great service. Prompt and courteous. He went right to work on my dryer taking it apart, assessed that there was no actual damage and made sure everything was functioning. Turned out to just be a few strange factors at once that caused a strange noise but no damage. Put it back together, checked it, and still only charged me a service fee that was half of what others quoted over the phone. Definitely use again and definitely recommend.
I'm gonna give my rating and he hasn't even left my house. Bill was quick to return my call and come the same day to repair my dryer. The heating element went out and I needed it replaced quickly, as having a family of four causes tons of laundry. Thank you Bill!! I would highly recommend this company to come do any work! I had a call to a service tech who never returned my call. This company deserved more than 5 stars!
