Extremely unprofessional. They kept sending me invoices to pay the deposit which I had already paid at the start. After speaking with Pat and explaining to him that the deposit had already been paid, he said that it was resolved and sorted with the accounts. This turned out to be bs as they kept sending me invoices after that and then threatened me with legal action if I didn't pay. I noticed you responded to my other review but have since removed your response, i was going to get in touch, thats great that charlie is no longer working there he was useless and really let your brand down. Im glad that you have taken some accountability in the fact you have acknowledged that I have been let down by either sheer incompetence or laziness with communication when the investor relations team member that has already been mentioned who didn’t know how to pick up the phone or respond to an email.
