Poor communication and lack of respect for clients' time. I scheduled an initial consultation to discuss property investment services. For the first appointment 17/09/26 at 1PM, I received a call 8 minutes after the start time from Nina Rezaei cancelling due to illness. A follow-up appointment was rescheduled for a few days later (21/09/26 at 1 PM) with Jeremy Johnson, but he did not called or showed up at all.
