I went back to B & I to get a tired looked at that I had bought there last year! I asked for the gentleman that sold me my tires and helped me 6 months ago when I was having trouble and was rudely told he's not here anymore! Then I found out the company had been bought out! I will never go back to this establishment because of his behavior! I felt he was angry with me for buying my tires from the other guy!! Awesome service and professionalism
AVOID THIS CROOKED SHOP LIKE THE PLAGUE! If you stop in here for a routine inspection they will try to say you need hundreds of dollars worth of unnecessary repairs in order to be passed. There are other places out there that aren't dishonest, don't waste your time and money with this one.
This company sent a guy out and got stranded motorist back on the road after closing time on a Friday night! WOW . Thanks! that is professionalism.
