I recently experienced electrical trouble with my Solar Panels and supporting system that included new lithium batteries and a new inverter. Scott made himself available right away. and when he identified the failed components he replaced them at no cost to me. He said his Company policy was that if he did the work and provided the parts, his company policy was to fix it at no charge to the customer. & THAT’s WHAT HE DID!
