Bad experience this morning dealing with someone who generally works out of the Canton Ga location. Idk maybe I heard him wrong but I was quoted 80 for my over sized wheel balance about a month back and today it’s 120. This makes no sense and really puts a bruise on the idea of doing business. This is not the fault of this owner, was told this person was not in the office today but just know that other locations quote the same 80 dollars total. They are absolutely AMAZING!!! I’ve had several services provided here and every time I am treated with such profound professionalism!!! Highly recommend!!!
I will NEVER use this company again. Went to have some tire swapped and the damaged both of my tires then tried to say it was my fault. Honesty goes along way. Instead of owning up to what they done they pointed the finger at me saying I showed up with the tires like that. I’ve used them for years and have recommended them to numerous friends and family members. Unfortunately they have lost my business and my family’s business as well. I recommend finding a more reputable company instead of these clowns.
