B&H Truck & Trailer Repair has been nothing but a disaster, and I feel it's important to share this. On 7/20/24, they offered to repair a turbo under warranty, but after consulting another shop, it became clear this entire issue could have been avoided if their mechanic had checked the air-to-air system. This costly mistake led to my mother’s company going under, and she lost her job as a result. We were having issues with our motorhome in TN no one would help finally a guy told us to call Rodney, best call we made! He said get it to my shop and I’ll help you. Got to shop he met us couldn’t get part till next day, said park your motorhome for night an camp out on the property. We did first thing in the morning he pulled motorhome in and started working on it. Later that day had another issue went back to him next day was fixed and on the road again to continue our trip.
