THE BIGGEST SCAM OPERATION I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH Dealing with this so-called “shutter company” has been the single worst experience of my life. First off, the owner Dory is a terrible person. If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My experience with this shutter company has been a complete nightmare from beginning to end. Their customer service is not just bad – it’s offensively unprofessional, unresponsive, and downright disrespectful. I am on my third job with B & H over the past year. We ordered a hurricane impact door for my sister, it is stunning! They did everything they said, communicated fine. I then installed my own front door and now i am doing impact windows. They are a small business, so do not expect them to come right out and do the job. I waited for them, waited o the manufacturers deliveries and i am thrilled. They stood behind the product and the work. Highly recommend!!

Bottom line up front: They cancelled service, failed to return phone calls, failed to reschedule service, and failed to show again. I scheduled routine shutter maintenance with B&H Shutters. To get a date that worked for me, I had to wait several weeks. There was no confirmation call the day before the work was scheduled. On the day that the work was scheduled no one came.
