Hired them to install a whole new system in a new home and it has never worked from the beginning. They put my outside unit in the wrong place, finally moved it over a year later which left me with holes in my brand new siding on the back of my house, they had things wired wrong and it kept throwing my breaker. Could have caused my new house to burn. Less than a week after it was installed I was having problems. The unit outside would run and no heat blow out of the vents. I called them and he came out and said he had a part to fix my air. He left and now they will not answer my calls. I rally don't understand how they can be like that. I'm sure that that they do well for a few.

Horrid HVAC company. They installed our ac when the house was renovated. They failed to cap the wiring right, and are known for shoddy work because another ac guy told us he could tell by the wiring that B&H put in the unit. They also didn't explain that online registration of the unit had to happen for the 10 year warranty. So here we are, 9 years after the installation, buying a new unit outside and replacing the coil for the inside unit. All of which would have been on warranty if they would have taken care of it like mos... read more
