Notoriously hard to get though to reception to request an appointment.
Ive been using this practice now for the last 13 years , it's not always been good but it has improved , the reception team are helpful and pleasant . Karen who takes my blood is friendly and puts me at ease. But lately I've been having appointments with Dr Waheed , she listens , takes my concerns into consideration and respects my point of view . At last a doctor who I feel listens and I can trust.
Just visited for an out of hours appointment and was seen by an absolutely lovely GP, I didn't catch her name as my ears are muffled! Friendly and efficient and honest advice. Thank you
The receptionists are helpful, the medical staff are very good but the secretarial staff are unhelpful and stymie legitimate enquiries. Unable to get blood test results, unable to get access to medical records this practice is unfortunately run by relics. BHF runs an appalling service due to a few unhelpful, inept and incompetent administrators. My heart goes out to those people who work at BHF who genuinely try their hardest to make a difference.
