On the last leg of a two week 4000 mile trip my alternator went out. I bought one and took it to a local shop but was turned away. Then I went to B&H automotive. I was welcomed with open arms. They dropped everything and installed it without hesitation in less than an hour and I was back on the road by 9am. Bob and his crew were unbelievable. Highly recommended.
10/10 The service at the shop is top tier. They check the problem you report and give recommendations based on what they found. They don’t rush the service and focus on the quality of their work. They are the only shop I will bring my car to. B&H rides on integrity, quality, and experience. That’s hard to find nowadays.
Car broke down in the middle of no where and I got it towed to this establishment, without knowing anything about them. Holly was so warm, welcoming and understanding. When I explained that I’m not from the area and it’s an emergency situation, she truly listened and helped me out. She called her husband in and told him we needed the car the same day. She offered us food and refreshments. They had my car up and running in 2 hours. I’m truly grateful that I ended up there. I felt well taken care of.
