Advertised as locksmith. I called about my door lock that dead bolt would not unlock. He described what was wrong and said he would get a part. This went on for 3 weeks with texts sent. . He first said he had not made a call yet, then it was that he was moving his shop. Then I did not call him again, and he did not contact him. After 4 weeks I called the manufacturer who sent order for part and later called and it will still take 3 more weeks. If he had just said he couldn't do it I would have a new lock by now.
Very friendly man. He Does good work
We have a very old Victoria lock on one of our doors and it decided to break one night. Shane came over and actually created the part in his truck and then also adjusted it so the door closed way easier. THANK YOU SHANE -HYNICKS
