I agree with the rocketman, cold calling can be fun and lucrative but when bad management is in place the game changes!! I loved calling people that were as interested in solar and it's benefits as I was but you would always get one or two people a day that were inconvenience by a simple phone call and they would let you know it but then there were people who were interested about and wanted to know more and that's where we came in. BGreen has to be the most unorganized mess I have ever worked at. The job was nothing like how they described it and the pay was very very confusing. The hardest part of this job was communicating with the managers. They're not very interested in helping you succeed. I was fired after just 1 week, I lost the company money in my first week. Meaning I didnt produce enough "solar appointments" to cover the cost of my paycheck.

Jon Burgher was our sales rep. He was super helpful and extremely knowledgeable about Solar. We really enjoyed working with him. His responsiveness was appreciated and very important to us. Would work with him again! Highly recommend!
