It was unprofessional for group appointments; they made sure they had enough people to provide the service, but our family had to wait for each other. Customers' time should be respected when receiving services.
My mom and I went here for mani-pedis (classic) and they did amazing work. We got exactly what we asked for, staff were friendly, and our technicians were very good at what they do. I felt very taken care of.
