The person who used to run the company was great. Whoever this new guy is had really bad customer service. I was overcharged and only the front was cut
SCAM! Avoid this company if possible. They are highly unreliable. We agreed on a monthly service, but they missed several appointments, leaving my yard in terrible condition. This negligence even resulted in a notice from my HOA. When I addressed the issue, they claimed they would fix it by coming more frequently but then had the audacity to charge me for the extra work caused by their own lack of service. Very poor customer service. Very arrogant and do not respond to inquiry and questions. Will never consider giving them business.
