First time I used B & G Truck and Trailer Repair and they have a new customer. Had to have a road service call. Tech Kricket was there in very short order Great job Kricket. Truck needed to be towed. BETTS tow truck driver there very quick. Got me off the road and to their shop. Chris and his staff were on the truck as soon as I got there. Had all the parts in stock. Got me going and back on the road in short order. All around very professional very reasonable in pricing. They did a great job from start to finish. Thank you
Chargede $320 for a $5 part. A wire connector. But hey, I was back on the road from a no start. Guess can't complain much.. Mechanic knows what he is doing!!
Don’t know where to start? Lost a wheel bearing on my LOADED 53ft reefer on 301. I was at the mercy of a road service repair shop. I looked up B&G and rite away he said they could and would help. Within an hr they were there, removed the wheels, chained up the axle and escorted me back to the shop. When I got back to the shop, these guys squeezed me in and came up with a game plan to give me straight so I can get back on the road and get rolling. Great place. We got issue with slding tandems on trailer and they fixed it. Nothing was charged from us. True professionals!
