If I could go negative I would. Called them out to fix a couple issues at the house I just bought and this Tom person broke my water main I haven't had water in a month and he TEXTED me while my husband was gone and was EXTREMELY INAPPROPRIATE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. AND NOW WE CANT GET AHOLD OF THEM TO FIX IT I HAD MOLD GROWING BECAUSE OF THEM AND I STILL CANT GET AHOLD OF THEM! 10 OUT OF TEN DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Rich is great - has helped me with a faulty water heater and is very responsive, timely, helpful and fair. I'm calling him today to help on another project. He's the guy!
