I called on a Sunday and Matt returned my call that evening. The 4 man work crew showed up Monday morning at 9 a.m., the next day. It was -6 degrees outside when Larry took a backhoe into the well pit back yard area, to dig up our well pump broken water line. It was on the coldest day of January 20th. 2025. My water heater broke yesterday, they were here to help same day despite us calling pretty last minute. And we're extremely professional and friendly while working. Would definitely recommend them to anyone for all plumbing and heating needs.

We have used them for many years now and always have a good outcome unlike some of the other places who will take you to the cleaners and lie to you, they are honest. Save yourself a lot of headache and a pinch in your wallet and use b&g

Derek was so helpful! He was timely, communicative, and did an excellent job resolving leaking bathtub handles/spout. He talked to me about future projects I had in mind and gave helpful insight. Both Derek and his colleague were friendly to my dogs. I will definitely be using B&G plumbing in the future.
