This company uses third party companies to camera sewer lines and has no price transparency as to what they charge by claiming they don’t know beforehand. When the locating the main trunk line was done, they said it took 4 hours and charged $600 just to scope a line when it costs half and half the time that with other companies.
B&G are fantastic! Twice now I have had emergency plumbing issues, they have been the only company that could come out to help asap. The work was done quickly, efficiently and they didn't take my life savings! Thank you so much!
B&G plumbing was called to fix numerous plumbing problems at my rental home in Pocatello, Idaho. I needed a new water heater. Derek was efficient and had a great, happy attitude which made the process easier for me. B&G Plumbing will be my go to from now on. In fact I will have them out to fix my sump pump too. It’s nice to find a good plumbing company, and I recommend B&G Plumbing to you.
I called on a Sunday and Matt returned my call that evening. The 4 man work crew showed up Monday morning at 9 a.m., the next day. It was -6 degrees outside when Larry took a backhoe into the well pit back yard area, to dig up our well pump broken water line. It was on the coldest day of January 20th. 2025. It was a difficult area where also a under ground sprinkler line ran. Upon repairing the water line another break was discovered and they repaired it too.
