Do not use or you will not get any service. I tried for weeks to get this company to give me pricing for a simple repair and they never got back to me. I ended up going with another company in Pocatello that would actually call me back.

I don’t normally write reviews for services rendered but I must make an exception for the workers at B&G plumbing, especially Matt who is not only an exceptional plumber but person as well. He went out of his way to work on and repair a plumbing mishap at my house. He immediately answered my call and drove out to my house to check and repair my leak. I was referred to B&G by Brian Brower with Idaho Fire And Flood. I’ve gotta say this has been one of the best experiences I’ve had with a plumber yet. We had a relatively large job that needed to be done and there arose some pretty significant surprises. It would have been a perfect opportunity for these guys to take advantage of me. Zane was super communicative and ultimately I felt how it all played out was extremely fair and honest.
