Just went here because I had to pickup a bike they towed. When I was there, one of the guys walked by seemingly making a joke in a girly voice about me having to push the vehicle. Absolutely unprofessional. They have "in God we trust" on their truck and this is how they treat people.
I wish we could leave 0 stars. I went to this place for my radiator, took them 4 days. My car started running hot and I took it to them, they gonna say I have a fan malfunction! (The fan still working fine.) Tried to charge me $700 for a fan. Got my car fixed yesterday and it is working perfectly fine for under $100. Didn't have to by a fan. I would not recommend anyone to go here.
Some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. My daughter goes to college in the area, and when her car broke down, they towed it, replaced the starter, and had it running perfectly by the next day. Truly caring, trustworthy, and worth the drive from Columbia if I ever need work again.
Staff was incredibly friendly from the moment I called. Service was quick, efficient, and professional. I left feeling confident and taken care of-- definitely a place I recommend to others. Great work!
Bought a vehicle from a dealship which used this company for repairs. My truck broke down in May of 2024. The starter went out. Had it towed to this facility and they replaced the starter. 3 months later the same issue, replaced the starter, 3 month later same issue. Now on the 4th try, had to have it towed again and because it was under warranty from the first time they were obligated to fix it.
