All truth be told this company shouldn't even be in business, they fabricate work, we'll I shouldnt say they, the owner of the company must be going through a rough patch, the employees tell me we can't charge you we don't know what to do here we're not familiar with this system. The boss tells me he doesn't care what his employees told me and charges me 20 times more what two other companies charged me just to look at faulty system that they couldnt even begin to fix. Horrible service, I do not know how this company is in business, taking advantage of the elderly in Springfield by triple quadruple charging them when all the work was done wrong. There are plenty of other reputable companies in the area do not over charge and rip you off especially for work that was not initially on the invoice in the first place.This company here is ran by a modern day crook.
