Do not trust this company. Get written quotes before agreeing to anything. I was promised a £25.00 (including VAT) charge to replace a component during my boiler service and therefore wouldn't need to arrange or pay for a separate visit. However I was charged an additional £95.00 when invoiced.
Everything about B&G Jenkins is highly professional and top quality. From the very first consultation with Andy, through every conversation with Sarah in the office to the highly skilled and responsive work of their plumbers, electricians and tilers, every thing was on time and as scheduled. We could not be happier with our new bathroom, thanks to all of you
