Do not trust this company. Get written quotes before agreeing to anything. I was promised a £25.00 (including VAT) charge to replace a component during my boiler service and therefore wouldn't need to arrange or pay for a separate visit. However I was charged an additional £95.00 when invoiced.
Everything about B&G Jenkins is highly professional and top quality. From the very first consultation with Andy, through every conversation with Sarah in the office to the highly skilled and responsive work of their plumbers, electricians and tilers, every thing was on time and as scheduled. Fantastic job from start to finish provided by B and G Jenkins. Made an enquiry to have a boiler replacement and a few other bits done, came out super quick and quoted me a very reasonable price. Agreed and work started following week. 3 days work from Sam and Harvey on day 1, full boiler replacement upgrade to a combi, hot water tank removed and all associated tanks from loft, radiator installed in airing cupboard, radiator re hung in bedroom and new kitchen taps installed.
